In my personal practice and life, I have found it to be one of the most powerful tools to support fertility and improve women’s health concerns.

How it works

Over the course of three sessions, I’ll:

  1. thoroughly assess your health history, physical activity level, experience with yoga, and goals,

  2. guide you through gentle movement, mind-body practices, and a guided visualization.

  3. create and teach you your personalized yoga sequence. You’ll receive recordings of two of our sessions so you can continue to practice all that you’ve learned to support your fertility and overall wellbeing.
